Civil & Structure Engineer

Job Descriptions:

To perform civil and structure design engineering work.
To evaluate and recommend suitable sub-contractors in terms of fees and quality.
To study the ITB documents and develop the design basis which adhere to all the requirements.
To prepare Bill of Quantity and physical check drawings throughout the Project duration.
To perform minor design calculation, drawing and report works.
To assist on the authority approval application.

Job Requirements:

Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
At least 5 years of working experience in Civil & Structure Design works.
Experience in Oil & Gas Project would be an advantage.
Knowledgeable to operate STAAD pro, AutoCAD and ESTEEM.
Able to do BQ estimation for cost estimation and as-built purpose.
Must be able to work in group.

Process Engineer (Contract)

Participate in ITB study and prepare bid specifications.
Establish standard and concept for the work to comply with job requirements.
Involve in various engineering stage such as Feasibility Study, Basic Engineering Design and DetailEngineering.
Preparation Process Drawings such as Process Flow Scheme, Piping & Instrumentation Diagram,Equipment data sheet, Instrument data sheet and other deliverables
Interface with other internal disciplines such as Mechanical, Piping, Instrument.
Liaise with clients and vendors for technical issues and to define project scope.
Planning, scheduling, quality control of designated project.
Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
Able to resolve technical issues
Accountable for success completion of assigned engineering tasks
Assist Team Manager.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess 1st Class or 2nd Class Upper Degree in Chemical Engineering.
Min. 6 years of process engineering/design experience with ENGINEERING COMPANY in Oil & Gasand Petrochemical industries (Onshore). Have EPCC and FS project cycle experience.
Familiar with international codes and standard (especially API, PTS (PETRONAS Technical Standard),SHELL DEP, etc.)
Having previous experience in Greenfield, Brownfield and plant modification projects.
Able to work in team and possess excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and writingskills.
Experiences in process simulation (PRO II & HYSYS), flare network simulation (FLARENET), gasradiation (FLARESIM), Heat Exchanger sizing and rating etc.
Knowledge in AUTOCAD is a plus.
PC literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project as a minimum).
Good command in English (spoken and written).
Willing to travel and station at site

HR Assistant

Job Descriptions:

Reporting to directly to HR Manager, the candidate will be responsible for providing HR functions support in the following key areas :-
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting and interviewing program on candidate select
Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal interviews with coordination with the concerned department and background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
Perform HR activities including data entry, data analysis, correspondence, reporting and record keeping.
Support HR team on administrative and communications of HR related tasks and activities. For example on-boarding activities, resignation, and on-going HR related payments, employment confirmation programs.
Provide administrative support on all HR functions e.g compensation and benefits review, payroll administration, attendance report analysis, training activities etc.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Senior Control & Instrument Engineer

Responsible for delivering instrument engineering design work efficiently and in atimely manner during proposal and project delivery stage.
Preparation of instrument datasheet, instrument list, I/O list.
Preparation of instrument sizing for flow element and valves.
Familiar with IPF methodology and implementation.
Control system such as DCS (Honeywell), ESD PLC, mechanical equipmentpackage control system PLC and relay base system.
Preparation of loop drawings, interlock logic diagram.
Preparation of cable schedule, cable connection list, junction box schedule, etc.
Preparation of typical installation drawing, instrumentation hook-up drawings.
Preparation of construction drawings such as instrument plot plan, wiring layout,etc.
Preparation of Material Take-off for installations.

Job Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Instrumentation or ChemicalEngineering background.
Minimum 4 years’ experience with at least 5 years of engineering designexperience in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries.
Experienced in handling rejuvenation and revamp project.
Familiar with international codes and standard (especially IEC, ISA, etc.)
Able to carry out site survey in order to gain required information and/orverification of existing plant documentation.
Experienced in Instrument installation or commissioning.
Knowledge with SPI INTOOLS software.
Good command in Malay and English (spoken and written)

Senior Mechanical Engineer (Static)

Manage projects as Lead Engineer and be responsible for the proper and timely execution of projects ensuring the Department quality management system and any project specific contractual requirements are met.
Performing basic and detail design for static equipment such as pressure vessel, storage tank, heat exchanger and package equipment.
Responsible for cost, schedule, quality and budget control.
Responsible for issue of all mechanical deliverable documents such as engineering specification, mechanical datasheet, requisition, technical evaluation, engineering drawing and also reviewing vendor document.
Ensures effective communications among other engineering disciplines, project management and Client teams.
Participates in department meetings, project status meetings and is responsible for correct reporting of amongst other project status, progress, delays, change notices and management, lessons learned and close-out.
Responsible to provide information to other discipline such as loading data, construction bill of quantity, electric load and also field work instruction.
Responsible to perform proposals work which involve man hour and schedule estimates related to the mechanical static scope of work.
Provide leadership skills with ability to lead and guide Junior Engineers.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess Degree in Mechanical Engineering background from recognized university.
At least 7-10 years working experience in oil & gas industry.
Must have thorough knowledge of static equipment ranging from vessels, heat exchangers, reactors, columns and package equipment. Furnace /fired equipment and thermal rating for shell and tube heat exchanger is an advantage.
Had a strong technical background in an engineering contracting environment with all aspects of static equipment engineering. The understanding of the technical requirements of the project and directing others to apply this into the project is important.
Ability to work in teams with all levels and vendors and possess excellent interpersonal, communication/presentation and report writing skills.
Able to define work scope and required resource.
Able to operate pressure vessel design software such as PV Elite, Codecal, etc.
Well verse in static equipment design code and standard such as API, ASME codes and TEMA and client standard such as Petronas PTS and Shell DEP.

Mechanical Engineer (Static)

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess Degree in Mechanical Engineering background from recognized university.
At least 3 years working experience in oil & gas industry as a mechanical static engineer or at least 5 years working experience in designing the pressure vessels (pressure vessels manufacturer).
Must have knowledge of static equipment ranging from vessels, heat exchangers, reactors, columns and package equipment. Furnace /fired equipment and thermal rating for shell and tube heat exchanger is an advantage.
Good understanding in static equipment design code and standard such as ASME BPV codes. Experienced with Client standard such as Petronas PTS and Shell DEP will be added advantage.
Able to operate pressure vessel design software such as PV Elite, Codecal, etc
Registered with BEM (Board of Engineers Malaysia).
Possess excellent interpersonal, communication/presentation and report writing skills.

Piping Material Engineer

Review ITB package, Process licenser’s requirements, Client’s Requirements and FEED Documentations.
Select applicable standard, codes and specification and incorporate them in the job specification.
Prepare summary of piping classes.
Establish Piping Material Specification and piping standard assemblies.
Provide data for piping components to 3D Cad Coordinator.
Prepare valve and specialty part data sheets.
Prepare Requisitions for Inquiry (RFI) and Requisition for Quotation (RFQ) for all piping materials.
Prepare vendor Technical Bid Tabulation.
Review vendor data documents and drawings.
Supervises all Material Take-Off (MTO) activities.

Job Requirements:

Possess Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma of Professional Degree in Material Science, Mechanical or equivalent.
5-8 years of working experience in the related field.
Good knowledge in International codes such as ASME 31.3, API, ASTM, BS, etc.
Familiar of preparation of piping material class, valve and piping specialty data sheets.
Good material database skill and experience to work in integrated material control systems with PDS/PDMS/S3D/SP3D/E3D 3D CAD is preferable
Able to work in team and possess excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
PC literate (MS Word & Excel as a minimum).
Good command in English (spoken and written).
Priority given to Malaysian Nationality.
