Job Opportunity for KUWAIT – SENIOR OPERATION SPECIALIST
Required Unit Expertise : CDU / ARDS / HOC / HPU / SRU / {HP/LP Utilities} / Marine / HTU
Qualification: BE in Chemical Engineering or Equivalent Discipline Degree
Experience Required:
A minimum 15 yrs of experience in operating & Commissioning of Refinery, Petrochemicals, Hydrocarbon facilities, of which at least 10 yrs in leading team in large refinery/petrochemical industryfor pre-commissioning, commissioning & operations.
Specific process units experience & handled multiple process units relevant to project (CDU / KHU / NHTU / DHTU / ARDS / HOC / SGU / HYDROGEN / SULPHUR / SWS / ARU / FLARES / UTILITIES / TANKFARM AND MARINE).
Proven experience of managing the commissioning & start up & steady state operations consisting of multiple process units. Good knowledge about Pre-comm, comm procedures of multiple units & Comm of all types of Process Equipment with excellent troubleshooting & coordination skills.
Strong people management & interpersonal skills to lead a team of commissioning, DCS & Field Specialists.
Good written, verbal communication, leadership & presentation skills in English.
Specific experience in Process Units relevant to the project.
