Manage the quality at precast factory, GRC factory ,Ready mix concrete plant, steel yard
Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, and equipment specifications.
Develops QA / QC standards and procedures for the precast factory in order to assure production / construction quality.
Creating QA / QC Plan, manage QA / QC Team to be responsible in implementing and
executing of the plan.
Monitor the quality, documentation of the process in accordance with contract specifications.
Direct supervision of the lab project and conduct all required test various activities (concrete work – GRC) to ASTM & PCI (flexural testing, calibration, prepare colour mix design) and concrete laboratory.
Conduct and follow up third party test laboratory.
Prepare the prequalification and submittal documents for multiple project
Develops inspection testing and evaluation
