• Piping Designer
Experience in 3D, PDP & FEED. Detail Engineering of Petrochemicals/Refineries.
• Civil and Structure Engineer
Architectural experience. Civil specialty related to PDP & FEED. Knowledge of relevant international codes i.e. AASHTO / ASCE / AISC / ACI / IBC / ASTM / API / PIP standards and Industrial practices and regulations.
• Lead Piping Engineer
Experience FEED & PDP, Piping Stress Analysis (static and dynamic). Well versed in international codes and standards i.e. ASME B31.1, B31.3, B31.4, B31.8. Knowledge in Piping System (FRP piping, underground piping, jacketed piping, etc.)
• Senior Process Engineer
Experience in PDP, FEED, S&T Heat Exchanger. Well versed with software packages, such as HYSYS, Pro II, HTRI, Aspen Flare Network Analyzer etc. Accountable for Review of Key documents such as PID’s, PFD’s, UFD’s, Mass Balance.
• Lead Control Systems & Instrument
Experience in PDP & FEED, Process Analyzer & Shelters. Knowledge of relevant international codes i.e. API, IEC, ISA, NFPA, PIP, ASME, ANSI. standards and Industrial practices and regulations.
• Electrical Engineer
Experience in Power System Analysis (ETAP), Motors, Generators, Drives & Soft Starters. Knowledge of relevant international codes i.e. IEEE, IEC, NEC, NFPA, PIP standards and develop PDP and FEED Electrical packages.
• Lead Mechanical Engineer
PDP & FEED experience related to Machinery — Rotating (at least five (5) projects) Worked in Polymers project (at least 2 grass root projects). Experience in Rotating equipment including pumps, compressors, Gas Turbines, Extruders and machinery packages. Knowledge of relevant international codes i.e. API, ASME, ISO, PIP standards
• Piping Engineer
PDP & FEED experience. Knowledge in Plot Plan, Equipment Layout, Piping GA Drawings, Isometrics and 3D modelling review.
