Position: Pipeline Welding Operator
REQUIREMENTS:
• University degree or equivalent
• Relevant training and qualification
• Min. 5 years of relevant working experience
• Fluent English
• Work experience at our competitors in the same field offshore contraction/installation.
• Work experience with pipe lying vessels and familiarized with automatic welding processes GMAW STT, GMAW Automatic orbital welding process.
• Minimum experience as welder with SMAW process 5 years.
• Knowledge of welding position in respect to international standards (BS, API, DNV, ASME, ISO, etc.)
• Knowledge of base materials applicability – CS, Clad, Duplex, etc.
• Knowledge of type of welding processes – SMAW, FCAW, INERSHIELD, GTAW, SAW
