Responsibilities:

  1. Ongoing operational control over the main production processes. Organisation of works for preventing and eliminating of deviations in oil and gas production, processing, water injection, capital construction activities.
  2. Reporting the status of all operational processes at the Field. Notification of management and responsible personnel about operational and non-operational incidents.
  3. Coordination of departments’ interactions during incidents and emergencies. Notification of Asset Management and personnel about emergencies and evacuation.
  4. Controls safety of technological processes in accordance with the HSE standards, safety requirements of the Company and the current legislation;
  5. Controls over Workover (WO) crew’s operation in order to prevent downtime in their work by involving the auxiliary resources;

ARTIFICIAL LIFT ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensures execution of approved well operating parameters for wells with ESP, in order to fulfill the planned targets for the water injection and oil, gas and water production
  2. Ensures the implementation of planned organizational and technical activities;
  3. Provides the necessary degree of coordination and control operation of wells with ESP, in accordance with accepted well operating regimes
  4. Checking of the ESP designs provided by contractors basis on hydrodynamic data provided by the geological department in order to ensure the required operating regime and to increase mean time to failure for equipment
  5. Participation for acceptance equipment for artificial lift completion, including service acceptance;
  6. Control handover of oil production and water source wells with ESP after finish restart ESP installation, checks delivered set of equipment with approved completion diagram;
  7. Performs acceptance ESP equipment delivered to the well pad before start ESP installation, checks delivered set of equipment with approved completion diagram;
  8. Prepare and maintain technology documentation regarding well operation and ESP equipment operation.
  9. Check and approve preventive and routine maintenance schedules for ESP surface equipment for ESP contractors;
  10. Activities and proposals development regarding equipment operating parameters adjustment in according to manufacturer recommended values and hydrodynamic parameters of wells;
  11. Provision in time technology manuals to contractors service teams and to related departments of Company;
  12. Prepares and approves tender documentation, part of tender documentation with technical requirements regarding equipment for artificial lift production in according to the Company policy for equipment, materials and services procurement.

RIGLESS & STIMULATION ENGINEER

Education :

  • Degree in Drilling, Petroleum, Mining or Mechanical Engineering with specialization in drilling/development of oil and gas wells.
  • Advanced CT and Stimulation/Fracturing trainings as CT and Stimulation/Fracturing engineer with one of the major international services companies.

Knowledge/job experience:

  • Advanced knowledge in HSE aspects of CT and Stimulation operations;
  • Advanced knowledge of CT, Stimulation and Slick Line techniques, equipment and operations, including operations in HPHT and H2S wells.
  • Advanced knowledge of CT Pipe Management

Responsibilities:

  1. Job Design/Execution/Evaluation cycle for all types of rigless interventions with CT, slickline and stimulations operations: acidizing/diverters/nitrogen lifting/cleanouts/CT fishing/CT milling/slickline operations/ etc.
  2. Coordinate and control CT/Stimulation/SL/SWT Contractors activities (equipment/personnel/performance)
  3. Preparation of reports required by Company and BOC.
  4. Execution of lab tests and researches for stimulation treatments.
  5. Simulation and design of intervention or treatment using special software to identify the most effective way of treatment and provide the best results.
  6. Preparation of detailed job report, analyzing Contractor efficiency, Job efficiency, NPT and other parameters.
  7. Preparation of technical requirements, schedules, tender technical documentation.
  8. Monitoring contractor’s performance against contact schedule.
  9. Maintaining Open Wells database, final reports, material audit database, etc.
  10. HSE leadership at the wellsite. Reporting incidents or HSE violations, following LME HSE policy
  11. Implementation of new technologies, best practices, lesson-learned.

DRILLING ENGINEER

3. Ensure equipment/materials required for well construction provided on time. Follow up on long lead items delivery/availability.

4. Review Cementing Programs and provide recommendations based on Lessons Learned and best industry practices. Perform cementing calculations/simulations. Attend/supervise critical Casing Cementing operations.

5. Coordinate preparation of EOWR. Capture Lessons Learned. Follow up on Investigations. Maintain databases and tracking sheets.

6. Participate in tender’s preparation. Review technical part of the Contract and provide clarifications for enquiries from bidders.

PIPELINE TECHNICIAN
