**Position Available: Field Operation Technician**

In this role, you will be pivotal in deploying, upgrading, repairing, and enhancing the WMS cellular service on cruise ships worldwide. Your responsibilities will encompass international travel arrangements, technical proficiency, and effective communication with ship personnel and stakeholders. **Responsibilities:**
– Deploy, upgrade, repair, and optimize WMS cellular service on global cruise ships.
– Navigate international travel requirements, including Visa procurement when necessary.
– Possess the flexibility to embark on short-notice travel for extended periods.
– Collaborate in onboard activities during embarkation and disembarkation of cruise and cargo vessels.
– Demonstrate proficiency in fundamental networking configurations.
– Understand RF and DAS propagation, along with associated testing procedures.
– Conduct onboard training of our system with ship personnel.
– Maintain communication with multiple ship representatives, high-ranking officers, vendors, and service providers.
– Display excellent written and oral communication skills while working closely with ship personnel.
– Exhibit self-starting initiative and the capability to lead projects involving multiple vendors.
– Uphold project schedules with strong problem-solving abilities.
**Qualifications:**
– Strong written and oral communication skills.

– Demonstrated capability to manage projects with multiple vendors.
– Proficiency in maintaining strict project timelines.
– Familiarity with basic networking configurations.
– Understanding of RF, DAS propagation, and testing principles.

**Compensation:**
The compensation for this position starts at $30 per hour, commensurate with experience. The specific salary will depend on various factors, including role complexity, location, candidate expertise, and market labor conditions.
