Commissioning Manager

Our client, Global EPC, are looking to hire a Commissioning Manager to join them on a contract basis in Qatar. This position, will suit a candidate with EPC contractor experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• To participate in project schedule development.
• Carry out the preparation of preliminary plans and procedures (operations, maintenance, and commissioning).
• Preparation of various operating philosophies (e.g. operating, black start, commissioning.) and preliminary system definitions.
• Preparation of training plans and RAM studies.
• Commissioning deliverables as defined in the ITB.
• Preparation of an EPC estimate and preliminary EPC execution plan.
• To interface with Engineering during the detailed design phase.
• To interface with Project Management team.
• Preparation of all deliverables required to execute the works.
Experience & Qualifications:
• 10 years Commissioning experience, 5 years of Commissioning Management experience.
• FEED and Commissioning various Oil and Gas project stage experience.
• Bachelors of Engineering Degree.
