· Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree
· Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
· With proven experience in road, infrastructure and building projects
· With proven experience in a consultancy
· With prior experience in Oman
· Previously approved from other government projects
· With valid Oman ID
