We are looking for below positions in Astron Oman for one of our clients in the Oil & Gas project in Oman for in-service Inspection categories.
All the candidates should have 10 year’s in-service experience in oil and gas project.
1) Authorized Inspector(AI): Degree/Diploma in Mechanical engineering. – Certification to API 510 (Pressure Vessels) & API 653 (Storage Tanks). CSWIP 3.1 for welding and ASNT Level II in NDT disciplines – Coating ERS Grade 2 preferable.
2) Inspection Supervisor; Degree/Diploma in Mechanical engineering. Relevant experience in a similar position may be accepted with appropriate qualifications in inspection and NDE. – Certification to API 510 (Pressure Vessels) API 570 (process piping) API 653 (Storage Tanks) or equivalent and / or ASNT level III
3) QA / QC Inspector (Mechanical): Degree/Diploma in Mechanical engineering, metallurgy, or related subject. Minimum certified of ASNT NDT Society Level 3 in NDT or internationally recognized equivalent (subject to approval by client), – 10 years’ experience with all inspection methods, 6 years’ experience in QA/QC for “in-service equipment.
