HIRING – QHSSE Officer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Data Entry in Hazard tracking file for reported Hazard alert and Safety Suggestion.
b) Data Entry for BBS checklist observation in BBS database.
c) Prepare and send Daily MSB HSSE report to Shore base Manager.
d) Carryout Emergency equipment Monthly checks for all Shore base Emergency equipment like Eyewash station, Stretcher, Oil spill kit and Fire detection system.
e) Maintain all HSSE records like Mock drill file, BBS checklist file, Hazard and Safety suggestion file, Emergency Equipment File, Updating MSB HSSE status board, BBS RCA file
f) Prepare Daily Station Bill and get it signed from Shore base Manager.
g) Prepare Weekly HSSE meeting presentation.
h) Co-ordinate with Electrician for Weekly HSSE meeting preparation.
i) Take the role of Safety Induction Officer also (in absence of Safety Induction Officer)

Educational qualifications:
a) Minimum Graduate in any discipline / Diploma in any Engineering field.
b) Safety course from any reputed Institute
c) Minimum 1 year Experience in HSSE field in any Oil & gas or Process Industry.
