Work Location : TNB Office (SHAH ALAM / BANGI / RAWANG).
Working Time : Monday-Friday
9.00 am – 6.00 pm
Or
10.00am – 7.00am
Benefit : EPF, SOCSO, Medical, Insurance, OT, Incentives, Mileage
Salary : RM 1800.00
Reporting to Engineer (Smart Meter)
Responsibility:-
- Solve exception and irregularity cases at site and in the systems
- Issues – Root Cause Analysis/Preventive & Corrective Action
- Manage revisit of KIV customers
- Manage Quality, compliance and health & safety check
- Create the bill of material per batch
- Allocate batches to vendors
- Monitor batch and service order execution
- Assist installer on PoD information
- Handle Complaint
- Collect equipment shipments per batch
- Return defected equipment per batch
Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering recognized by the Malaysian Local Qualification Agency (MQA).
No min. working experience
