Mechanical Maintenance Technician | Permanent | Berkshire | £Neg + Bonus + Shift Allowance

A large Pharmaceutical client located in Berkshire are currently seeking a number of Mechanical Biased Maintenance Technicians to join the business on a full time permanent basis.

The Mechanical Maintenance Technicians will have responsibility for ensuring all engineering work is carried out to the clients strict Health & Safety and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
The Maintenance Technicians will deliver against all maintenance activities onsite including preventative, planned and unplanned maintenance as well as overcoming technical problems and issues following Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques.

To be considered for the Mechanical Maintenance Technician, candidates must have experience working in a highly regulated environment in a similar Maintenance role, covering mechanical equipment.
It will be advantageous if candidates have Engineering and Maintenance experience to a high standard on Pharmaceutical and associated equipment including: Purified Water, WFI Water For Injection, Cooling Water and Cooling Towers, Plant Steam / Boilers etc

The Mechanical Technician vacancies will work on a 24 hour shift basis on the following shift pattern
07:00 – 19:00 for 2 days
19:00 – 07:00 for 2 nights
4 days off
